brilliant simple acceleratd reading excercise

This is the second part of the Kris Manon video’s rewriting. Here he shows the proper reading technique and is tutoring how to increase reading speed:

Alright, let’s give our example or try now. What we are going to do, we’re going to read through this using the technique I just taught you and I have twenty words so as you read them you’re going to say to yourself AEIOU. Now if you can read these two sentences in one second it means that you read about twelve hundred words per minute. That means you can finish the catcher in the rye in about ten minutes. Now, normal people will take about nine maybe ten seconds to read this, because you read “the dog chased after the cat. They ran around town all day long, and never stopped chasing after one another.”  But if you’re using the accelerating reading technique that I’ve taught, you should be able to look at this and take it all at once and see the entire picture and not a series of words but you should actually be able to see the dog chasing after the cat and them chasing each other all around town throughout the rest of the day. And that should be a picture rather than a series of words. And once you get to that step you’re reading for pleasure will be much more enjoyable. Any text for school or any text for work will be much more easy to understand because reading in accelerated rate contain the information and challenges you and you won’t do any dazing off or sleeping off. And you’ll just know the information right away. That concludes part of the accelerated reading. Thank you!

I liked this part even better than the first. It is short, clear and quite brilliant. I like to watch brilliant people explaining simply how to do something they have created or practiced for a long time. In my opinion it is fascinating to see how this really advanced technique that involves brilliance, self discipline and impressive mental order is submitted in such an easy manner that simply teaches through demonstration how to increase reading speed. Well guys, speed reading has never been so available, it really is time to take things seriously and learn to make your reading much, much faster. I’m sure you can do it, so just go and do it.
